Over 100 Years of WMU at Brent Baptist Church
The mission of WMU is to inform and inspire women and children to influence the world for Christ. As an auxiliary to the Southern Baptist Convention WMU was organized in 1888. Alabama WMU was organized 125 years ago. Brent Baptist Church organized WMU in 1916 and has been a continual presence in BBC life.
Brent Baptist Church recently celebrated our 100 years of WMU celebration Sunday, and invited missionary, writer, and speaker Rosalie Hall Hunt.
